Usage Instructions
- Do not use if the package is opened or damaged.
- Do not use after the expiry date.
- Provide patients with the Patient Labeling before use.
Post-Injection Care
- Mild to moderate pain, swelling, or effusion may occur but usually resolves on its own or with conservative treatment.
- Avoid strenuous activities (e.g., high-impact sports) or prolonged weight-bearing for 48 hours after injection. Consult a physician for resuming activities.
Specific Populations
- Age: Not for patients under 18 years.
- Pregnancy/Nursing: Safety and effectiveness not established
- Pediatrics: Not established for pediatric patients.
Adverse Events
- Common reactions: Joint swelling, pain, effusion, redness, arthritis, etc.
- Rare reactions: Anaphylactic reactions with transient hypotension, resolved spontaneously or with treatment.

Composition
- Sodium Hyaluronate EP: 30 mg/mL

Description
- A sterile, transparent gel made of high molecular weight cross-linked hyaluronic acid from a bio-fermented source.
Indications
- Used to treat mild to moderate osteoarthritis by lubricating the joint.
- Relieves pain and stiffness in the knee joint for up to 6 months.
Dosage
- Single injection every six months.
- Remove synovial fluid or effusion before injection and rule out infection.
